Responsibilities
- Enhance the customer experience while meeting sales, service, and operational goals.
- Create ideal customer experiences through product support and education.
- Build positive customer relationships, effective listening, and overcome objections, while reselling the value of our products.
- Maintain knowledge of Spectrum products, pricing, promotions, and visual standards, while minimizing product losses.
- Ensure a welcoming store atmosphere, deliver a clean retail experience, adhere to policies, resolve issues, and participate in training programs.
Requirements
- Earn $20.00/hour base pay, with the potential to earn up to $25.40/hour through commission and incentives.
- Flexible schedule, regular attendance, physical demands (lifting up to 35 lbs., prolonged standing), and adherence to Spectrum's dress code in a moderately noisy retail environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in cash handling and accurate payment transactions.
- Comfortable with personal technology, including mobile devices and video platforms, and proficient in computer applications.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, and prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks, and handle change effectively.
- Experience in goal- and incentive-based work environments.
- Strong performance in a fast-paced team environment.
- Effective communication with employees and customers in person, on the phone, and in writing.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills for building partnerships across the organization.
- Self-motivated, competitive spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals.
- Positive and professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual: Spanish (preferred).

Pay
The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $31.75. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $11,232.
