Retail Sales Specialist - Bilingual (English & Spanish)

About the role

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes:

• Building displays and end caps
• Resetting shelves with product rotation
• Tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities

Because this position supports diverse shopper communities, candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Requirements

• You’re 18 years or older
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Great relationship-building and communication skills
• Prior sales and/or account management experience
• Able to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations
• Willing to independently travel within your assigned territory
