Retail Sales Specialist - Bilingual (English & Spanish)

About the role

Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Because this position supports diverse shopper communities, candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Prior sales and/or account management experience
• Able to perform physical work: moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations
• Willing to independently travel within your assigned territory
