What You'll Do
- Mercandising, Fixtures & POP (35%) — Ensure Traeger products are displayed compellingly and consistently across retail locations
- Retailer Training (35%) — Equip store associates with the product knowledge and enthusiasm to confidently sell and recommend Traeger
- Demos & Events (25%) — Bring the brand to life through in-store demonstrations and community activations
- Administration (5%) — Track activity, report results, and manage your territory efficiently
What You'll Bring
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to engage and educate
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — you follow through and stay on top of your territory
- Comfortable with weekend work and travel, including occasional overnight trips
- Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus
