Retail Sales Specialist

Responsible for selling products to customers in retail stores.

• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about products and services.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge of products.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
