What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers in the appliances department to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth, and achieve sales goals
  • Stay informed about the latest technology trends and products through continuous learning and professional development
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Prioritize activities based on urgency and importance, set realistic deadlines, and use tools and techniques to manage time effectively
  • Maintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customers
  • Train other sales floor personnel on how to be successful in the department

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience selling in premium products, luxury brands, and/or custom design environments
  • 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM)
