Retail Sales Representative - Cabot

PAY: Hour + monthly commission
EXPECTED HOURS: Approximately 40 hours per week
TOTAL COMPENSATION: $45,000 - $70,000 annually, based on hourly pay and commission performance
WORK LOCATION: Cabot, AR (In-person)

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Product Knowledge: Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively. Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations. Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Customer Experience: Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience. Build customer relationships and create long-term brand loyalty. Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.
• Team & Organizational Success: Be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts. Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture. Support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation. Work in person at the assigned retail store location.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications or sales experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
