Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Engage in a variety of interactions, both in-store and over the phone, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and advance your career.
• Contribute to the success of the team by supporting colleagues and fostering a positive work environment.
• Support community initiatives and events to extend the impact of the role beyond the store.

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a retail, storefront environment.
• Frequent standing and the ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Approximately 10% travel required based on business needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Telecommunication or wireless sales experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales position.
• Energized by a competitive, goal-driven sales environment where performance is rewarded.
