Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage inventory, assist with product demonstrations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Engage in community activities and initiatives to contribute to the broader community.

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a retail, storefront environment.
• Frequent standing and the ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Approximately 10% travel required based on business needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Telecommunication or wireless sales experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales position.
• Energized by a competitive, goal-driven sales environment where performance is rewarded.
