Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage inventory, assist with product demonstrations, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and customer service abilities.
• Support community initiatives and events to contribute positively to the local area.

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a retail, storefront environment.
• Frequent standing and the ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Approximately 10% travel required based on business needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Telecommunication or wireless sales experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales position.
• Energized by a competitive, goal-driven sales environment where performance is rewarded.

Pay

Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year
Salary Includes: Competitive Hourly Rate, Uncapped Commission, Bonuses, and Profit Sharing
