Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales and satisfaction
• Provide expert advice on products and services

• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
• Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance customer service
• Contribute to the success of the store through teamwork and collaboration

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Telecommunication or wireless sales experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales position
• Energized by a competitive, goal-driven sales environment where performance is rewarded

Pay

Average Salary: $70-75,000 per year
Salary Includes: Competitive Hourly Rate, Uncapped Commission, Bonuses and Profit Sharing
