Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Manage inventory and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and customer service.
• Support community initiatives and events.

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• The ability to work in a retail, storefront environment.
• Frequent standing and the ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• The ability to lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
• The ability to travel approximately 10% of the time based on business needs.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Pay

Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year

Schedule

Guaranteed full-time hours with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
