Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their communication and technology requirements.
• Manage inventory, ensure product availability, and assist with customer inquiries.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and customer service knowledge.
• Contribute to the success of the team through collaboration and support during busy periods.
• Support community initiatives and events as part of the company’s commitment to giving back.

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a retail, storefront environment.
• Frequent standing and the ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Approximately 10% travel required based on business needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Telecommunication or wireless sales experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales position.
• Energized by a competitive, goal-driven sales environment where performance is rewarded.

Pay

The average salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 annually. The hourly rate is competitive, and earnings are further enhanced by an uncapped commission structure, monthly bonuses, and an annual profit-sharing bonus.

Schedule

Full-time, flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
