Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Engage in both in-store and virtual interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage inventory, assist with product demonstrations, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance sales skills and customer service.
• Support community initiatives and events to contribute to the local area.

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Telecommunication or wireless sales experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales position.

Pay

Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year. Salary Includes: Competitive Hourly Rate, Uncapped Commission, Bonuses and Profit Sharing. Same Day Pay Options.

Schedule

Frequent standing and the ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods of time. Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed. Ability to travel is approximately 10%, based on the needs of the business.
