Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales and satisfaction
• Provide exceptional service and support in-store and over the phone
• Stay updated on new products and services to offer informed recommendations
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills
• Contribute to the success of the team through teamwork and collaboration

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a retail, storefront environment
• Frequent standing and the ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds as needed
• Approximately 10% travel required

Qualifications

• Telecommunication or wireless sales experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales position
• Energized by a competitive, goal-driven sales environment where performance is rewarded

Pay

Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year
Salary Includes: Competitive Hourly Rate, Uncapped Commission, Bonuses and Profit Sharing
