Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, assist with product demonstrations, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and customer service abilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Support community initiatives and events to contribute to the local area.

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Approximately 10% travel required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Telecommunication or wireless sales experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales environment.

Pay

The average salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 annually. The hourly rate is competitive, and earnings are supported by an uncapped commission structure, monthly bonuses, and an annual profit-sharing bonus.

Schedule

This position requires flexibility and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. It also involves frequent standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
