About the role

TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer, seeks a Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Our mission is to provide exceptional service and support to our customers while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in selecting the right devices and services.
• Manage inventory, ensure store cleanliness, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Support community initiatives and events to contribute positively to the local area.

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Telecommunication or wireless sales experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales position.
• Energized by a competitive, goal-driven sales environment where performance is rewarded.

Pay

Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year

Schedule

Fully remote, but requires availability for in-person training and occasional store visits.
