Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a professional manner, building relationships and providing solutions that meet their needs.
• Manage inventory, assist with product demonstrations, and ensure store appearance and cleanliness.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and customer service knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the success of the store through teamwork and a positive attitude.

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Telecommunication or wireless sales experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales position.
• Energized by a competitive, goal-driven sales environment where performance is rewarded.

Pay

Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year

Salary Includes: Competitive Hourly Rate, Uncapped Commission, Bonuses and Profit Sharing
