TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer, seeks a Retail Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Our mission is to provide exceptional service and support to our customers while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales and satisfaction
• Provide knowledgeable and helpful advice on wireless products and services
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales and customer service skills
• Contribute to the success of the team through teamwork and collaboration

Requirements

• At least a high school diploma
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Telecommunication or wireless sales experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced wireless retail sales position
• Energized by a competitive, goal-driven sales environment where performance is rewarded

Pay

Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year
Salary Includes: Competitive Hourly Rate, Uncapped Commission, Bonuses and Profit Sharing
