Retail Sales Representative

Sales Focus Inc. (SFI) is hiring full‑time Retail Sales Representatives to represent our client, Duke Energy, at assigned retail locations in Winston‑Salem. In this customer‑facing sales role you will engage directly with customers, explain the benefits of Duke Energy’s Power Manager® program, and enroll eligible customers.

What You’ll Do

• Engage customers at assigned retail locations.
• Educate customers on Duke Energy’s Power Manager program and its benefits.
• Enroll eligible customers in the program.
• Convert customer interest into successful enrollments.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and enrollment goals.
• Answer customer questions and provide a positive customer experience.
• Professionally represent Sales Focus Inc. and our client.
• Travel between assigned retail locations as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales, retail, or customer‑facing experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing and comfortable approaching customers.
• Goal‑oriented and motivated by performance‑based compensation.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales goals.
• Professional, dependable, and coachable demeanor.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned retail locations.
• Ability to work a full‑time retail schedule, including weekends.

Pay

Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission.
