About the role
Retail Sales Representative at HOLT CAT is responsible for promoting and selling Caterpillar industrial machinery and related products to customers in retail settings.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Present product features and benefits effectively to prospects
- Manage sales pipeline from initial contact through close
- Participate in trade shows and industry events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience
