Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a professional and welcoming experience
- Aid customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, including features and benefits
- Conduct test drives and build value in the vehicle and dealership
- Follow up with internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic
- Make daily outbound calls and set appointments
- Work with sales managers to structure and close deals
- Overcome objections and guide customers through the buying process
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-ups, and customer communication
- Stay up to date on inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Deliver vehicles and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Sales Associate Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus, not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Willingness to learn and follow a proven sales process
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Weekend availability required
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required
