Responsibilities

  • Be the Expert: Provide unmatched customer service by sharing deep product knowledge and helping customers find exactly what they need.
  • Drive the Business: Meet personal sales goals, analyze inventory trends, and make decisions on merchandise arrangements to keep our floors looking world-class.
  • Maintain the Floor: Maintain a professional environment by stocking merchandise, setting up eye-catching displays, and collaborating with vendors.
  • Never Stop Learning: Participate in weekly product knowledge meetings and facilitate training for your peers.

Qualifications

  • Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
  • Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
  • Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.

Pay

The salary rate posted is the approximate annual salary that includes personal sales commission and a base hourly wage.

Schedule

  • Average of 42 hours per week.
  • The Shift: Includes a mix of opening shifts (Between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM) up to 2 closing shifts (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM), and a set day off each week.
  • Weeksends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
