About the Role

Bonobos is seeking a Lead Guide (Retail Sales Leader) for our Westchester Guideshop. This role is ideal for a customer-obsessed, fit-focused, and sales-driven leader who thrives in a non-traditional retail environment. As a Lead Guide, you will use your product knowledge to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing sales in a one-on-one, appointment-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results.
• Coach Guides during scheduled shifts to ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Execute opening and closing Guideshop duties as assigned.
• Act as the leader and take on management responsibilities when the Guideshop Manager is unavailable.
• Support expense budgeting, payroll control, and procedural compliance for the Guideshop.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of men’s fashion, fabrics, styles, and fit.

• Ability to cultivate an environment where customers and associates feel welcome and valued.
• Enthusiasm for coaching and mentoring a team, leading by example.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and written/verbal communication.

Pay

Actual compensation is dependent on factors such as work location, education, relevant skills, and experience. The pay range for this role is $24.00 - $32.00 per hour.
