About the role
The Retail Sales Lead at Le Creuset is a critical member of the retail store leadership team. This position drives sales and KPI performance through active coaching, acting as Manager-on-Duty, and fostering strong partnerships with the team and leadership. The ideal candidate will have prior retail sales and supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire by driving sales and KPI performance through active coaching, acting as Manager-on-Duty, and fostering strong partnerships with your team and leadership.
- Deliver exceptional experiences by role modeling selling behaviors, building customer loyalty through personalized service, and sharing expertise in cooking, baking, and entertaining.
- Execute with excellence by overseeing daily operations including cash handling, merchandising, inventory control, and ensuring visual standards while adapting to changing business needs.
Requirements
- Prior retail sales and supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authentic passion around cooking, baking, and entertaining.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
