Retail Sales Lead Generator - Spring Hill

About the role

As a Retail Sales Lead Generator at Coolray, you'll engage with customers, promote our products and services, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, approaching the company display to encourage them to learn about our products and services.
• Walk throughout stores, engaging customers in conversations about their home service needs.
• Explain features and benefits of products and services while identifying customer needs.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to visit customers' homes and provide estimates.
• Build rapport and relationships with store leadership teams.
• Attend required monthly meetings and trainings.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail is beneficial but not necessary.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (4-8 hours).
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to different store locations.
• Proficiency in using a smartphone for emails and texts.
• Willingness to learn about HVAC or Water Treatment products and services (experience not required).

Pay

Earn $18+ per hour plus commission, allowing you to maximize earnings based on performance.
