Lead Generator / Retail Sales

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers at events, retail locations, and community spaces
• Initiate friendly conversations to identify homeowners interested in HVAC or plumbing services
• Collect customer information and schedule consultations
• Maintain and exceed lead generation goals while promoting brand awareness

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, self-motivated, and outgoing personality
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability on weekends required
