Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, approaching the company display to encourage them to stop and learn about the company’s products and services
• Walk throughout the stores, engaging customers in conversations about their home service needs
• Explain features and benefits of the various products and services while soliciting information from the customers on their individual needs
• Schedule an appointment for one of our Sales Consultants to visit the customer's home to provide an estimate for products and services
• Build rapport and relationships with the store's leadership team
• Attend required monthly meetings and trainings
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically

Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk or sit for extended periods of time (4-8 hours)
• Reliable transportation to travel to different store locations

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail is beneficial but not necessary
• While HVAC or Water Treatment experience is not required, willingness to learn about the products and services offered by the company would be advantageous

Skills

• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in using a smartphone for emails and texts

Pay

You can earn $18+ per hour plus commission, providing you the opportunity to maximize your earnings based on your performance and results.
