Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for its store at Natick Mall in Natick, MA. This role involves leading the customer experience, managing inventory, and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on the brand's products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and ensure the shopping experience is seamless.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
• Participate in inventory unpacking as needed.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices and retail inventory and POS systems.
• Ability to socialize with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Self-motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to bring out the best in others.
• Flexibility in work hours, willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
