Retail Sales Lead, Fabletics (Burlington Mall - Burlington, MA)

About the role

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Lead for their store at Burlington Mall in Burlington, MA. Reporting to the Store Manager, this position involves leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, leveraging technology, and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways, providing knowledge about Fabletics products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and provide feedback to improve the shopping experience.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the business.
• Provide general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain personal sales performance.
• Maintain safety and security standards, identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices and retail inventory systems.
• Ability to socialize with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Highly comfortable with ambiguity and able to take initiative.
• Self-motivated, excellent communicator, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility in work hours, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
