Retail Sales Lead, Fabletics (Cherry Creek - Denver, CO)

The Full-Time Sales Lead position at Fabletics, located at the Cherry Creek store in Denver, CO, is seeking a self-starter with a passion for engaging with customers and driving sales. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role involves leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance the shopping experience and collaborating with a team to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide insight to customers on how to live their passion through knowledge about Fabletics products.
• Engage customers in various settings, including store events and community projects.
• Train and give immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Participate in providing and receiving feedback to the Store Manager to continually improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain personal sales performance.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills.
• High comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to bring the best out in others.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
