We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Job Overview", "What We Can Offer You", "Some Additional Benefits We Offer Include", "What You Will Do", "Who You Are", "Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform", "About Us". Also "Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week..." that's schedule info. Also "Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more." Also "Performance-based incentives" etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content to these headings only if real specific content exists. We have: - About the role: could be Job Overview paragraph. Use

About the role

then

with overview. - Responsibilities: "What You Will Do" list of duties. Use

Responsibilities

then
  • each duty. - Requirements: maybe "Who You Are" (flexible availability, interpersonal skills, teamwork, resourceful, adaptable, no prior education/experience required). Also "Essential Physical Requirements". Could combine into Requirements? But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have "Who You Are": flexible availability, interpersonal skills, teamwork, resourceful, adaptable, no prior education/experience required. That's more like qualifications/skills. We have "Essential Physical Requirements": maintaining stationary position, walking, reaching, frequent use of computers, reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, color vision, climbing ladders, lifting up to 25lbs. That's physical requirements. We have "About Us": story about Macy's. We have benefits: "What We Can Offer You" and "Some Additional Benefits We Offer Include". Also "Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more." Also "Performance-based incentives". Also "Merchandise discounts", "Annual merit review", "Employee Assistance Program". So we have benefits content. Pay: Not explicitly stated except "competitive pay". No specific numbers. The rule: do NOT create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "competitive pay" but no specifics. That's vague; maybe we should not create Pay section because it's not specific. The rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "Competitive pay" is vague but still states pay exists. However it's not a specific amount. Might be considered filler? I'd lean to not include Pay section because it's not specific. Schedule: we have "Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability." That's specific enough to create Schedule section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Who You Are and Essential Physical Requirements?), Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Schedule. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Who You Are and Essential Physical Requirements into Requirements? Or separate into Qualifications and Skills? Let's think. We have "Who You Are": flexible availability, interpersonal skills, teamwork, resourceful, adaptable, no prior education/experience required. That's more like qualifications/skills. We have "Essential Physical Requirements": physical demands. We could make: - Requirements: includes "Who You Are" (flexible availability, interpersonal skills, teamwork, resourceful, adaptable, no prior education/experience required) and maybe also "Essential Physical Requirements" as separate? But we have separate headings for Qualifications and Skills. Could put "Who You Are" under Qualifications, and "Essential Physical Requirements" under Requirements? Or Skills? Let's decide: Qualifications: often includes education/experience requirements. Here "No prior education or experience required" is a qualification. Also flexible availability maybe. Skills: interpersonal skills, teamwork, resourceful, adaptable. Requirements: maybe the physical requirements. But we have limited headings; we can choose to include only those with substantive content. We have substantive content for: - About the role (Job Overview) - Responsibilities (What You Will Do) - Qualifications (No prior education/experience required, flexible availability) - Skills (interpersonal skills, teamwork, resourceful, adaptable) - Requirements (Essential Physical Requirements) - Benefits (What We Can Offer You + Additional Benefits) - Schedule (hours info) We should not include Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove lines like "This job description is not all-inclusive..." etc. Also remove "About Us" maybe? It's not a required heading but we could incorporate into About the role? Actually About the role already covers job overview; About Us is company story; could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO but it's promotional. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. About Us is not explicitly listed to remove, but it's more marketing. However we have a heading "About the role" already; we could keep About Us as part of About the role? Might be considered filler. Safer to omit About Us section because we already have About the role covering job overview; the About Us is generic company story not specific to role. Could be considered boilerplate? Not exactly but it's not required. I'd omit it to keep sections thin. Thus produce HTML:

Check for any duplicated lines: we have not included "Full-time colleagues..." elsewhere. Good. We must not include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Check that we didn't include any heading with empty content. All have content. We omitted Pay section as not specific. We omitted About Us. We removed boilerplate like "This job description is not all-inclusive..." etc. We removed "Information regarding hours per week needed for benefit eligibility purposes can be found here." (that's a link, we removed). Also removed "Access the full menu of benefits offerings here." etc. We removed "Join us and help write the next chapter in our story - Apply Today!" etc. We removed "STORES00" etc. We removed "Eligible for Sales Commission" maybe? That's a benefit? Could be considered performance-based incentives; we already have performance-based incentives. Could add but it's similar. Might be okay to omit. Check that we preserved all substantive information: Did we miss any duty? Let's list original duties: - Acknowledge customers in a friendly and helpful manner - Use technology to complete sales transactions, perform audits, and process new receipts, damages, transfers and return-to-vendor merchandise - Merchandise jewelry cases for new products , season changes, special events and clearance sales. - Pack customer sizing and repair orders for outbound shipment to the Jewelry Center - Organize and file shipping, receiving, customer sizing, repair, sales and return documentation - Assist in the inventory process and monitor supply levels. - Perform all aspects of the fulfillment process, including picking, packing, labeling, shipping and Buy Online, Pickup in Stores (BOPS) - Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of jewelry counters and area - Adhere to Asset Protection and inventory control and compliance procedures - Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities We have all. Qualifications: "No prior education or experience required" and "Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays". Also maybe "Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week..." but that's schedule. Skills: "Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to share information with diverse groups of customers and colleagues", "Enjoy working as part of a team, as well as independently", "Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities". Good. Requirements: physical requirements list. Benefits: we captured many: competitive pay and benefits, comprehensive health and wellness coverage, 401(k) match, paid time off and eight paid holidays, continuous learning and leadership development, colleague resource groups, volunteer opportunities, merchandise discounts, performance-based incentives, annual merit review, employee assistance program. Also we might have missed "Merchandise discounts" we have
