Retail Sales Floor Leader, Chandler, #451

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers by greeting, assisting, and selling.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all customer needs are met.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through effective selling and merchandising.
• Promote merchandise categories and expand markets by partnering with store support teams.
• Support the Store Manager in managing store expenses and budgets, including labor costs, supplies, and operational expenses.
• Utilize company tools to diagnose opportunities and develop action plans to improve store performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and participate in inventory management activities.
• Train store staff, provide feedback, coach, and contribute to performance evaluations.
• Ensure all pricing, signage, and displays are correct at all times.
• Receive regular vendor deliveries and stock the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Control inventory stock levels and reorder as necessary within budget.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Wine, spirits, and beer product knowledge is preferred.
• Full-time employment availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements related to the sale of alcohol.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate confidently with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.

Pay

Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range for Chandler, AZ is $18- $24.75 per hour.
