About the role
We are looking for a customer service rockstar at University Auto and Tire!
We fix cars, but we do so with urgency and empathy towards our customers. We are the #1 automotive repair shop in NWA, and we pride ourselves on quality, professionalism, and relationships.
Responsibilities
- Fix cars with urgency and empathy
- Promote a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Work closely with other team members to provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Passion for customer service, team environments, and working with others
Qualifications
- Fast learner
- Able to stay organized and follow-up
- Looks and acts like a superior product
