About the role

We are looking for a customer service rockstar at University Auto and Tire!

We fix cars, but we do so with urgency and empathy towards our customers. We are the #1 automotive repair shop in NWA, and we pride ourselves on quality, professionalism, and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Fix cars with urgency and empathy
• Promote a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Work closely with other team members to provide excellent customer service
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Passion for customer service, team environments, and working with others

• Fast learner
• Able to stay organized and follow-up
• Looks and acts like a superior product
