About the role

MWT is an authorized retailer for AT&T, operating 59 locations across Michigan, Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey, and Illinois. We are a family-owned business dedicated to providing excellent customer service and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose the right cell phone plans and devices
• Provide technical support and answer customer questions
• Manage inventory and ensure store cleanliness
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work history in retail sales or customer-facing roles
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, including standing and walking

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

$32,405 - $80,218 annually, with unlimited commission potential
