Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.

• Assist with inventory management, including stocking and restocking merchandise.
• Resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse customers.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions.
• Basic math skills for calculating totals and providing change.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
