About the role
Every day you'll be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers. Your goal is to guide them through their options using a consultative sales approach, leveraging AT&T's full suite of products.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through product options
- Participate in community events
- Fill online orders
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Work flexible hours, including weekends
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- No prior sales experience necessary; training provided

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

Pay
Earn between $40,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers.
Schedule
Flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
Company Designated Holidays
At least 6 company designated holidays and additional Paid Time Off (PTO) based on bargaining group.
