Retail Sales Consultant
About the role
On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options — this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine. You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. This is a fast‑paced environment; being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customers’ needs.

Requirements
- Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus
- No sales experience required — tools, training, and coaching provided to help you meet and exceed goals
Pay
Hourly base rate: $17.12 – $21.50 per hour, plus commission. If all sales goals are met, commissions total $13,700 per year. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers earn $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within the range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Schedule
Work schedule between 9 am – 9 pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance. Weekly hours: 40. Time type: Regular.
