Retail Sales Consultant
About the role
Every day you'll be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers. Your goal is to guide them through their options using a consultative sales approach, leveraging AT&T's full suite of products.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through product options
- Participate in community events
- Fill online orders
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Work flexible hours between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- No prior sales experience necessary; comprehensive training provided
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
Earnings range from $16.25 - $17.65 per hour plus up to $13,700 in commissions based on meeting sales goals. Top performers can earn up to $62,460 per year.
Schedule
Flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
