Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, staying flexible and open to change to keep current with evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? AT&T provides the tools, training, and coaching needed to meet and exceed your goals.

Pay

New Retail Sales Consultants earn between $46,400 and $75,000 annually, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. The salary range is contingent on meeting or exceeding all sales goals.

Schedule

You’ll work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are made available two weeks in advance.
