Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

Every day you’ll be at the center of it all, creating meaningful connections with every customer through personalized sales expertise. You’ll use AT&T’s full suite of products—including the latest devices and personalized services—to meet sales targets and earn commission.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving technology and customer needs.

Qualifications

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. If you have no sales experience, we’ll provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Roles like Wireless Sales Consultant, Retail Associate, Retail Sales Associate, or Retail Team Member are a great fit for this position.

Pay

Earn between $16.25–$20.82 per hour plus $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Shifts between 9am–9pm, including weekends.
