Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is located at the posted location (USA:HI:Mililani:95-1249 Meheula Pkwy). No relocation is offered. You’ll work a regular 40‑hour week with a schedule between 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends, and monthly seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product and service options.
• Create meaningful connections with customers using personalized sales expertise.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T’s full suite of products.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Stay current with evolving technology and adapt to changes in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus, but not required. The company provides tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Pay

New Retail Sales Consultants earn between $47,000 and $75,000 annually, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and is contingent on meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Schedule
