Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Stay flexible and adapt to evolving technology and changing customer needs in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn through provided tools, training, and coaching.
• Ability to work a schedule between 9 am–9 pm, including weekends.
• Availability for monthly seniority‑based schedules released two weeks in advance.

Pay

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $46,400 and $75,000, which includes an hourly rate plus uncapped commission opportunities. Starting salary within this range depends on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, and is contingent on meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Schedule

Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Shifts run between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are posted two weeks in advance.
