Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

Every day you’ll be at the center of it all, creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products—including the latest devices and personalized services—to meet sales targets and earn commission.

Your role will include community engagement through events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Schedule

You’ll work a flexible schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, to meet customer needs. Monthly seniority-based schedules are posted two weeks in advance.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product options.
• Engage with the community through events and outbound calls.
• Fulfill online orders and assist customers in-store.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Flexibility and openness to change in a dynamic environment.

No sales experience? Training, tools, and coaching will be provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Pay

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $16.93–$20.82 per hour, plus $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year. Starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
