Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, where your drive and passion for helping people will shine. You’ll engage with the community through events, fulfill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Schedule

You’ll work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, to be available when customers need you. Monthly seniority-based schedules are posted two weeks in advance. Flexibility and openness to change will help you thrive in this fast-paced environment with evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $48,930 and $75,000 annually, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. The salary range assumes all sales goals are met or exceeded.
