Retail Sales & Beertender - Premium Draught

About the role

Premium Draught is an independent craft beer bottle shop and micropub. We are seeking a team member who loves great beer, enjoys interacting with customers, and takes pride in maintaining a smooth-running space.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with beer selections, growler fills, and questions
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and well stocked
• Operate the POS accurately
• Support keg sales and service operations

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern beer styles
• Friendly, welcoming personality
• Attention to detail, initiative, and integrity
• Customer-facing experience (bar, restaurant, or retail)
• Able to multitask
• TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Bonus points for:
• Experience with craft beer brewing, serving, selling, or loving it
• Familiarity with draft equipment or keg handling
• Bar/restaurant operations experience
• Spreadsheet skills
• Comfort using social media
