Retail Sales Associates

About the role

This position is focused on delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer‑experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. You will adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss‑prevention standards and may be cross‑trained to support multiple areas of the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement, interaction, and a clean store environment.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss‑prevention standards.
• Cross‑train to work in multiple store areas as needed.
• Role‑model established customer‑experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change according to operating procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day.
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and the entire store.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support and participate in store shrink‑reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

Starting pay range: $13.50 – $14.00 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
