Compensation

• Scholarship Compensation Plan guarantees a minimum of $20.00/hour for your first 12 months, plus unlimited commission opportunities
• Sales Partners earned an average of $56,000+ last year, with top performers earning $100,000+ annually

What we're looking for

• 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Schedule provided at least four weeks in advance to help you plan ahead

Even better if you have one or more of the following

• Experience in performance-based compensation environments
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and recommend solutions that deliver an exceptional experience
• Tech-savvy, goal-driven, and motivated to deliver results by confidently recommending the right solutions for every customer
