Retail Sales Associate - Yard (East Location)

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Yard Associate to join our dynamic team in Great Falls, MT. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service, driving sales, and managing our retail space.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and generate sales
• Suggest products and merchandise the store
• Stock and organize the department
• Maintain a clean and organized department
• Safeguard company assets
• Work flexible hours between Monday through Saturday 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm, including weekends and holidays
• Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and performing detailed work
• May require forklift and propane certification, and must be 18+
• Work in all weather conditions for the duration of your shift
• Must have previous merchandising experience (helpful)
• Must understand and be able to educate customers about the brands we sell
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 65 lbs.

• Working knowledge of farm and ranch operations and fencing (plus)
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 65 lbs.
• Physical ability to work standing for 100% of the shift, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Previous merchandising experience (helpful)
• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions for the entirety of your shift
