Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs such as the customer loyalty program, warranty sales, and private‑label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer‑focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15‑35 lb items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet using a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously).

Pay

Targeted pay range: $14.00 – $21.00 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location.
